Are your pieces dishwasher/microwave safe?

Yes! All pieces unless noted (like planters!) are dishwasher and microwave safe. Although hand washing is recommended whenever possible to extend the life of the piece.

 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I don’t accept returns or exchanges on ceramic pieces currently. Each item is unique & handmade so there will be slight variations from piece to piece. Pieces that arrive damaged are the exception! Please see below !

What if my piece arrives damaged?

If a piece arrives damaged please take a picture and contact me via email within 7 days. We can work out a replacement for a similar item!

How long until I receive my piece?

Items on the shop page will be listed as ready to ship (RTO) or made to order (MTO). Ready to ship items will be packaged and shipped out within 3 days of placing the order, please allow 7-10 days for arrival once ordered. Made to order pieces require 4-6 weeks to be made and shipped out. Once a made to order item is ordered I will send a notification for production time estimate and shipping!

Tell me more about your process?

The majority of my pieces I handbuild! I roll out slabs of clay and cut out pieces to form together, this is followed by a drying, painting, and carving process before pieces are fired in the kiln. Some are wheel thrown which means creating on the wheel, waiting for the pieces to dry to then trim on wheel to create and refine it’s final shape, then another drying process before the first firing, followed by sanding, glazing and a second and final firing. Each firing takes approximately 18-24 hours! All my pieces are handmade and are individual. I love that everything is made by one person and it shows. Slight wonkiness, uneven edges, and variation in designs are things I find special about the work I make, I hope you love that about handmade too!
